Ivan Stoyanov – “Moments”

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 5:30 PM, Georges Papazoff Art Gallery in Yambol will open “Moments”, an exhibition by Bulgarian artist Ivan Stoyanov.

The exhibition presents paintings exploring the relationship between material, form, space and perception.

Throughout his artistic career, Stoyanov has worked with various media, including drawing, painting and sculpture. In “Moments”, he focuses on the connections between two-dimensional images, architectural space and the perception of volume.

Drawing inspiration from artists such as Constantin Brâncuși and Richard Serra, Stoyanov explores the concept of a moment not simply as a brief passage of time, but as an experience that preserves emotions, memories and perceptions.

The exhibition invites visitors to discover different dimensions of artistic space and experience a world where forms and colours tell stories.
